Fate: The Winx Saga Campaign for Netflix

It’s not everyday you see an email in your inbox form the one and only Netflix, so it was safe to say I was buzzing to collaborate with them on some paid content for the release of their new live-action series, "Fate: The Winx Saga," filmed right near my hometown in Ireland. This project was particularly close to my heart, combining my childhood nostalgia for the Winx Club with my love for all things fantasy and magic even now in my adult life.

Netflix commissioned me to create a custom design and accompanying social media content to promote their custom filter quiz related to "Fate: The Winx Saga." The filter allowed users to engage interactively by taking a short quiz to discover which magical element best suited them and which type of fairy from the show they'd be. Given full creative freedom by Netflix, I was tasked with designing some custom artwork and documenting the process through short form video on my socials.

The TikTok content I created was a hit, gathering 36,000 organic views, 4,780 likes, 99 comments, 29 shares, and 179 saves. With the video, I successfully highlighted my artistic process while effectively capturing the essence of the show's magical themes. You can check out the TikTok below to see the finished piece and get a glimpse of my creative process.

This collaboration was an example of how documenting my art process through short-form video has been a catalyst for growing my interest in platforms like TikTok, which have become pivotal marketing streams for my business.

Experimenting with editing styles, trends, and various content forms on my platform has also been crucial for developing my expertise, enabling me to create engaging content for other brands as effectively as I have for my own. I was thrilled that Netflix recognized my ability to connect with my audience and offered me this perfectly aligned partnership.
