Are you taking Commission orders?
Custom Portrait Commission order slots are now available 🙌 Slots are limited so in the case that they sell out, I will keep everything updated over on my Instagram @lauraduffyart so be sure to follow me over there to keep in loop for when more spots are available.
Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, I will be notified and after taking a moment to squeal with excitement, I will get prepping and packing your order ready to be shipped. Usually, this dispatch process will take no longer than 7 working days from the date of your order, this time may vary slightly during busy times. Once your order is packed it is brought to my local post office and sent on its way to you. Once I have posted your order I will send you an automated shipping notification email to let you know. Unless exceptional circumstances apply, general untracked postage has to date been extremely reliable and you may expect your order to arrive within the below timeframes once dispatched.
Ireland: 1-5 working days*
UK and Europe: 3-7 working days*
Rest of World: 7-21 working days*
*In times where the postal service is under unusual stress (specifically the Christmas period) these timeframes may vary quite drastically so please do bear this in mind.
Tracked Postage is now available at checkout for those who wish to track their orders, I highly recommend this option, especially for large orders and/or International orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you are now able to select Tracked Postage at checkout.
Otherwise, all orders are sent untracked through the general postage system in Ireland, An Post, as this is the most cost-effective way to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. This has very rarely caused any issues with orders arriving in a timely manner, but if you want to have that extra piece of mind, I do recommend choosing tracked postage at checkout.
I haven't received my confirmation email?
All confirmation emails are automatically sent to the email you provide at checkout. Please ensure this email is correct with no typo’s to ensure any order information reaches you.
Also, it is not uncommon for order-related emails to end up in your Spam or Promotions folder, please be sure to check there first and if still no luck, be sure to let me know via the contact form here, so I can confirm your order has gone through.

Also, it is not uncommon for order-related emails to end up in your Spam or Promotions folder, please be sure to check there also. The process to prep and pack your order usually takes about 5-7 working days, however during busy times, this may be longer so please rest assured your order will be shipped as soon as physically possible!
Laura Duffy Art is a very small team consisting of me, myself and I and in busy times, an odd family member that I can rope in to help me pack orders.
We may not be able to compete with the dispatch speeds of much larger online stores, but we sure do care a whole lot about every single order and will be sure to do everything in our power to get your order to you safely so you can enjoy!
Can I change my address?
The address that you type in at checkout is printed directly onto our shipping labels so it is crucial that your address is exactly correct and not missing any important information. We have had a small handful of orders go missing due to incorrect address info so please be sure to be extra careful at this step so your order will get to you safely!
If you have accidentally made an error on your address info, please let me know IMMEDIATELY via this contact form and click “address change” in the subject line. I will do my very best to get this amended before your order is posted.
If the order is posted to the wrong address and I am not notified on time, there is, unfortunately, no way for me to change the address and you will have to make another order, so please be extra cautious on this one!
Can you write a gift message on my order?
Yes of course! There is an option to include a personalized note with any order. This is particularly useful when sending a parcel directly to a loved one so that they know it’s from you, so be sure to include your name on the note!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Postage costs will be calculated for you at checkout. However, shipping times may vary for international orders outside of Ireland.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, I have made a conscious effort to ensure my packaging is as eco-friendly and low waste as possible. All of our packagings is fully recyclable, except for the last remaining cellophane bags that we use to package our A5 prints. As it would be a waste to no longer use what we already have, we are using up the non-recyclable cellophane bags and then moving to 100% recyclable glassine bags, which we already use to package all of our A4 prints.
Can I get your work tattooed?
I’m honored to hear that someone likes my previous work enough to get it tattooed.
All I ask is to tag me when sharing details about it online so that I can admire it too!
Also, if you would like to pay for a custom tattoo commission please do let me know and I would be happy to discuss!
Do you sell wholesale?
