The Laugh Everyday Print is part of my Casual Magic illustration series.

Honestly, the series came to be after watching the Pixar movie Soul, without spoilers, the film’s ending summed up something I have been trying to focus on more and more over the course of 2020.

The idea that life’s greatest joys are often found in the simple moments we have everyday if we choose to notice them. The casual moments of magic that make living that small bit more worthwhile.

This series was created as a way to remind myself to seek out and appreciate those moments of casual magic, whether its the sound of a loved one’s laugh, the smell of an old book or the feeling of grass between your toes. These moments of casual magic are what life is all about.
