How does it work?

Choose the number of people/pets you would like illustrated.

Fill out the Custom Portrait Order Details form, here you can include specific requests for your design to help me get an idea of your style and taste.
- On this form, you can also request a date for which you would like to receive your order ( I will always do my best to accommodate these requests however they cannot be guaranteed if they are sooner than the 15 working days lead time)
- On this form, you will also choose what size physical copy you would like your portrait to be as well as how many copies you require as up to 10 printed copies is included. If you have a frame that you’d like your piece designed to fit please let me know on this form.
Checkout to fulfill your order, ensure your name, shipping address and email address are exactly correct with no typo’s.
Once your payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email be sure to check your Spam/Promotions folder as sometimes it can be filtered into these.
You must then email any relevant high-quality reference photos of each person/pet you would like illustrated to info@lauraduffyart.com. Ensure all images are well-lit and not overly pixelated. It is common for me to stitch multiple photo references together into one drawing so be sure to send as many images as possible. The more the merrier!
If there is a specific photo you would prefer me to use as the main reference please mention that in the email.
If there are any issues with your reference images, you will receive a follow-up email from me, otherwise, I will be busy getting to work on your lovely order!
After the usual lead time of approx 15 working days, your final portrait files will be sent to you via Email or WeTransfer for your approval.
At this stage, you are able to make any necessary minor adjustments to your portrait. Up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments are allowed, after that, an additional fee may be required, however, rest assured 100% of my customers have never needed any more than two rounds of small revisions.
Once you are happy with your final design and have approved via email, I will print it and package it nicely, ready to be posted out to you the next working day.
As you will be sent the digital file also, you will also be able to print your design yourself and share your beautiful personalized artwork online or even save it as your phone wallpaper!
